Zocdoc: Patient Emails
Zocdoc prides itself on making booking doctor’s appointments feel less scary and more simple—and maybe even a bit more fun. Because, let’s face it, you can’t ask your mom to make your appointments forever.
Our approach to email marketing was to charm patients with playful wordplay while simplifying the appointment-making process—whether it was reminding them to get a regular check-up, or updating them about an upcoming appointment.
